⟡ Handmade & Small Batch

All items are handmade, which means slight variations are natural and expected. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and special. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. I do my best to photograph items as accurately as possible.


⟡ Care Instructions

My pieces are made primarily from polymer clay and are intended for decorative or gentle use. To keep your item happy:

  • Avoid dropping or applying heavy pressure
  • Keep away from excessive heat or prolonged direct sunlight
  • Do not submerge in water
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

 

⟡ Keycap Information

  • Keycap products are Cherry MX (+) compatible.
  • Due to slight differences in keycap spacing & keyboards, keycaps may not fit compact spaces.
  • Materials used are PBT keycaps, polymer clay, and UV resin or matte acrylic varnish.

 

⟡ Shipping & Processing

  • Ready-made items have already been handcrafted and are ready to ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated
  • Pre-order items have yet to be made and are typically handmade and processed within 2 to 5 weeks from purchase.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

Please note: Night Violet Studio is run by a single individual. Processing times may occasionally be shorter or longer depending on workload, launches, and the nature of the item. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.


⟡ Returns & Issues

Because items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to help.


⟡ Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Night Violet Studio is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. To help ensure safe delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package appears to be lost, I’m always happy to assist in contacting the carrier or helping you look into its status. However, please understand that recovery cannot be guaranteed.

⟡ Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs or import fees may be charged upon arrival depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

*Note for U.S. customers: Night Violet Studio is based in the United States. Orders shipped within the U.S. are not subject to customs or import fees. Any applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional hidden fees upon delivery.
